Installation of 1,000 LF of 24" Water Line to Accommodate New Water Tower for York County

While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. At RNF Construction, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.

MUNICIPAL / SCDOT

RNF has both refurbished and constructed in various locations new streets, sidewalks, curbs, storm drainage and culvert replacement for the City of Rock Hill, including a portion of the city's main parking lot behind its downtown retail area.

RNF also bid, won, and performed a massive failing culvert replacement for Rock Hill's Grand Oaks community, including an extensive temporary utilities by-pass operation and surface street repaving.

Adding to its diverse portfolio, RNF has built ADA access capacity for Clover's Community Center and was awarded and is performing a complete interior refurbishment of Chester’s downtown Department of Social Services building.

PARKS

RNF's first-ever job was building a boat ramp providing access to the Catawba River at Rock Hill's Riverwalk Park. This was highly specialized work, including the use of a Porta-Dam to create a dry area to pour a portion of the striated concrete ramp over 50 feet into the river. RNF then bid, won, and provided clearing, grading, paving, and storm water bridging for over a mile of an extended walking trail leading to the boat launch.

After successfully completing this Riverwalk Park work, RNF was tapped by York County to construct a custom-built gatehouse at the Ebenezer Marina near Rock Hill.

One of RNF's most extensive and recently completed jobs was to enhance/enlarge the paved parking capacity for two of North Carolina's Crowders Mountain State Park locations by over 400 spaces with ancillary sidewalks, storm drainage, and restroom facilities.

PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL / CAMPGROUNDS

RNF has provided numerous negotiated construction services for various D.R. Horton projects in the region, including the construction of both amenity area pavilions and storm water detention ponds.

The company was also tapped by a Camp Grounds of America operator who needed a sanitary wastewater line refurbishment and extension near Tega Cay.
